Paradox Properties is a small-town business providing rental houses, apartments and offices in safe, family-friendly neighborhoods. We live in the community where our properties are located, so we have great care and respect for the people and community.
About Our Properties
Our properties include a number of older, remodeled houses as well as a few newly built homes or duplexes. All of our houses are for rent and for sale. There is no owner financing.
Maintenance
We have a maintenance guy on staff that takes care of all problems at all of our properties. He is readily available to help if any need arises.
Pet Policy
We do not allow indoor pets. Only outdoor pets are allowed.
Contracts
Our contracts are for 12 months and after that, it is on a month-to-month basis.
How to Apply
There is no application fee. To apply, simply fill out the application form and contact us to schedule a time to visit the property.
